Salesforce Certification Maintenance Exam Guide.
In order to maintain Salesforce certification(s), you must successfully complete Trailhead maintenance modules specific to your credential.
Starting with the Spring ’20 release cycle, all certifications now require completion of one maintenance module per year.
If you do not complete your maintenance module(s) by the deadline, all certification(s) maintained by that module will expire, or in some cases become suspended.
If you earn a new higher-level or advanced certification, you will still be required to complete entry-level maintenance to maintain all of your certifications (eg. Salesforce Certified Administrator is entry-level and maintains the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification).
1. How can I check my Salesforce Certification Maintenance Status?
You can request Salesforce Certification Maintenance status from Salesforce Certification Verification Page on Trailhead
Step 1. Request Salesforce Certification Maintenance Status Email from Trailhead Salesforce Certification Verification Page using your Salesforce Webassessor Email.
Step 2. You will receive Salesforce credential status email with a list of all your pending Maintenance Modules along with respective completion due date.
